I just want to start by saying thank you Michelle for being so nice and gentle. I went for a cleaning today and I remembered as a kid how bad it would be and I would be spitting up so much during and after but this time around at Aspen dental with Michelle as my cleaner she wiped that old image gone. I have no problems/worries going to the dentist now

As someone who hates going to the dentist, I have come back to this location a few times now for cleanings and various services and I can say it has been an amazing experience every time. Michaela and Sierra are so kind and thoughtful. The doctors do a fantastic job and I always feel confident that I am getting taken care of. I had an old crown that needed fixing as well and they made sure the process was painless and easy. I highly recommend coming here!! 10/10

The staff was so kind and helpful. It's been awhile since I have been to the dentist and they showed compassion and made the whole process non judgemental. Thank you to Kayla, Storm, the Dr's. and Michaela. Here's to working towards a new beautiful smile!

I want to start by saying I have been to many dentists in my life. I have extreme anxiety about anything medical, but especially the dentist. Because of that fear, I avoided getting some cavities treated, which unfortunately led to bigger issues with my teeth. I’ve also struggled to find a dental office that treats you like a person instead of just a paycheck. I called late on a Friday night with severe tooth pain, and they immediately gave me an appointment for early the next morning. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles. They could tell I was nervous and truly went the extra mile to help me stay calm. Every single person I interacted with from the manager Michaela, to the incredibly sweet Storm who took my X-rays, to the doctor herself was so patient, kind, and soothing. They made me feel safe and heard. Once they diagnosed the issue, they also helped me come up with a manageable payment plan for my treatment, which meant so much to me. If you or your children struggle with dental anxiety, I cannot recommend this office enough. They genuinely care.

Excellent service, excellent dental work, excellent communication, no complaints at all. They are VERY busy, which means their schedule is packed full for months in advance, but they will move mountains to squeeze you in if your teeth go Chernobyl on you, like mine did. They are very proactive towards any level of pain, and treat promptly to avoid potential complications. Very good with schedule changes, calling immediately when things change on their end, and very accommodating when yours changes.

Always been super afraid to go to the dentist, but all the staff at Aspen Dental has been welcoming and supportive of me! Sierra was super nice when she checked me in, Storm did a great quick job taking my X rays, and Kristina was very understanding when we went over my treatment. Doc D was also very patient and gentle in her exam. Thank you all! ✨

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience at Aspen Dental in Oneonta! I brought both my brother and my son, and the entire team made the visit smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Storm was amazing with the X-rays — very patient and made everyone feel comfortable. Dr. M was thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly during the exams. We were also able to get a same-day cleaning with Joann, which was a huge plus and so convenient! Micheala, the office manager, was awesome and made sure we were taken care of right away. The whole staff was attentive, kind, and truly went above and beyond.

It was my first cleaning here and Michelle was my hygienist and she did a great job for me. She was a consummate pro! Very congenial and down to earth. Kept my mind occupied during the process which shows how nice she is. Great job! Very happy!! I would Definitely Recommend.

Right from the start with the dental assistants Zoey/Jen, to the Consultant Kristina everyone was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The hygienist Michelle fit me in for a cleaning,Thank you so much!, Dr D was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and explained my treatment plan which we decided together. I appreciate the time you took to listen. A great team! I'm very happy to be part of it as a patient. I'm confident I'm getting the best professional, up to date care. Thank you!

The staff are all amazing: friendly, fun and professional. Fun? They make the process enjoyable, so yeah, they get “fun” - high praise for a dentist. Prices are reasonable. Definitely going back!
